CORRECT!
You clearly know your librarian trivia!
All three men -- Dewey, Leypoldt, and Bowker -- were actually responsible for the organization of the American Library Association and the establishment of its voice, the Library Journal, both in 1876. Richard Rogers Bowker wrote these words in an 1876 advertisement in the Libary Journal promoting membership in the newly formed ALA. Bowker's early role in the Library Journal was to edit Dewey's copy and supervise actual publication. Later on, he would rescue the Journal from mishandling on Dewey's part and its resulting bankruptcy -- and for the rest of his life, he owned the publication.
